If you're not happy with your hat for any reason you can return within 30 days for a full refund.

Do you use Richardson 112 hats

We do not. We work exclusively with Pacific Headwear - a company founded by a former Richardson employee. For our trucker hats we use the 104C or 106C models which are very similar to the style and fit of a Richardson 112.
